The platform provides the connection, the shipping integration, the payment rails, and the transaction records. It does not buy, sell, or take possession of any product.

Make a medication available
Enter the NDC, quantity, lot number, expiration date, and container condition. Set your price and it becomes visible to pharmacies looking for it.

Review incoming requests
A pharmacy that needs the medication can purchase at your listed price or send an offer. You decide which to accept.

Ship with a FedEx label
Generate a FedEx shipping label directly in the platform, including refrigerated shipping for cold chain products, and hand the package to FedEx. Tracking is attached to the order.

Settle via Stripe
Payment is processed through Stripe Connect to the account you configured at registration. A fee applies only once the transfer completes.

Find hard-to-find medications at pharmacies that have them on the shelf and can transfer.

Search for what the prescription calls for
Look up the medication by drug name, NDC, or manufacturer. Filter by manufacturer, dosage form, and condition to narrow results.

Compare what is available
Each entry shows the manufacturer, dosage form, lot, expiration date, container condition, quantity available, and price.

Request the transfer
Purchase at the listed price, or submit an offer to the pharmacy holding it. Add items to a wishlist to track what you are looking for.

Choose your FedEx service at checkout
Live FedEx rates are pulled in real time, including refrigerated options. Pick the service and speed you want and see the exact shipping cost before you confirm. Shipping is paid by the receiving pharmacy.

Receive and reconcile
Track the shipment through FedEx and use the transaction record for your own receiving and recordkeeping process.
A record of every transfer
Entries carry the product identifiers, and each completed transfer produces a record covering those identifiers and the parties involved, retained and available to you.
