A documented route for patient-need transfers
Each transfer produces a transaction record, so it can be evidenced from the system rather than reconstructed from correspondence later.
Counterparties limited to licensed pharmacies
Access is restricted to duly licensed pharmacies, with licensing information collected and verified at registration. There are no anonymous parties or brokers in between.
Shipping and settlement through known providers
FedEx labels and tracking are generated in-platform and payment runs through Stripe Connect, so both legs of the transfer sit with established providers.
Enhanced DSCSA requirements are already in effect
For dispensers with 26 or more full-time employees, the enhanced electronic package-level tracing requirements took effect on November 27, 2025. Health system pharmacies generally fall above the small-dispenser threshold, so the exemption running to 2027 does not apply.
