Getting started
Access is limited to duly licensed pharmacies and authorized representatives acting on their behalf. Licensing and registration information is collected and verified at signup.
A technology platform that lets licensed pharmacies connect and transact directly with one another. RX Store 360 is not a pharmacy, distributor, wholesaler, or logistics provider, and is not a party to the transactions between users.
Your pharmacy name and business details, licensing and registration information, and contact details. Registration is free and an account cannot list or purchase until its information has been reviewed.
Compliance and documentation
A record of each transfer is generated and available to you, covering Transaction Information, Transaction History and Transaction Statement. Whether those records are required for a given transfer, and what your pharmacy must retain, is for each pharmacy to determine. RX Store 360 does not monitor or guarantee user compliance.
Transfers arranged through the platform are for a specific patient need — sourcing a medication to fill a prescription you are holding for an identified patient. The platform is not intended for building or replenishing inventory in anticipation of future demand. Each pharmacy is responsible for confirming its transfers meet that definition.
Each pharmacy is. The platform provides tracing documentation and verification tooling, but does not monitor or guarantee user compliance with federal law, state pharmacy regulations, licensing, or recordkeeping obligations.
Products and listings
Eligible, in-date pharmaceutical products in sealed original containers. Controlled substances are not permitted, nor are expired, counterfeit, adulterated, or misbranded products, items subject to recall or regulatory restriction, or products restricted under programs such as 340B.
Product name, manufacturer, dosage form and strength, NDC, lot number, expiration date, container condition, quantity available, and price.
No. Listing is free and there is no cap on the number of listings your pharmacy can post.
Shipping and payments
At checkout the platform pulls live FedEx rates so the receiving pharmacy can choose its service and see the exact shipping cost before confirming. The transferring pharmacy generates the label and tends the shipment to FedEx. Payments are processed by Stripe Connect; RX Store 360 does not process payments or hold funds.
The receiving pharmacy pays shipping, priced by FedEx. Because live rates are shown at checkout with the available service options, you see the cost and choose the speed before you confirm — there is no shipping charge revealed after the fact.
Yes. Refrigerated options appear among the FedEx services available at checkout, with labels generated in-platform alongside standard shipments. Storage and handling conditions for the product, including temperature requirements, remain the responsibility of the transferring pharmacy.
Joining and listing are free. There are no subscriptions and no tiers. The transferring pharmacy pays a fee only when a transfer completes.
Because payments are processed by a third-party provider, payment-related issues are resolved between the parties and the relevant payment service provider. The platform does not act as a financial institution.
