Accessibility statement

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a finished state. As the site changes, we review new content and functionality against these guidelines.

Practices applied when building and updating this site:

• Semantic HTML structure, so headings, lists, and landmarks convey meaning to screen readers
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
• Keyboard operability for interactive elements, including navigation and accordions
• Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body text and interface elements
• Layouts that reflow for small screens and tolerate increased text size
• Form fields with associated labels, and status messages announced to assistive technology
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animation is used

Some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Where we are aware of a limitation, we prioritise it for a future update. Content or functionality provided by third parties, including the payment and shipping providers integrated with the platform application, is outside our direct control.

The platform application at app.rxstore360.com is a separate product from this website and is reviewed separately.

We use a combination of automated checks during development and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation. Full conformance cannot be established by automated tooling alone; it requires testing with assistive technologies and expert review. Where we state a target rather than a certification, that distinction is intentional.

If you encounter something on this site that you cannot access, we want to hear about it. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using if relevant.

We aim to respond to accessibility reports promptly and will let you know how we intend to address the issue.
