Chains & Multi-Location

For chains and multi-location pharmacies

Across several locations, at any given moment one of them is holding a prescription it cannot fill.

The situation

Coverage varies by store, and the patient notices

Demand does not land evenly across locations, so the ability to fill a given prescription varies by store. From the patient side that reads as inconsistency: the same pharmacy name, a different answer.

When a location cannot source what a prescription calls for, the fallback is usually a series of phone calls under time pressure — which is exactly when documentation gets loose.

What the platform does about it

1

One channel for every location

Any of your stores can search the network for the medication a prescription calls for, from licensed pharmacies that have it available.

2

Make available what you can transfer

When another pharmacy needs something one of your locations can transfer, you can help fill it. Listing is free with no limit.

3

Consistent records across locations

Each transfer produces the same transaction record, so what gets captured does not vary by which location handled it.

Worth knowing

DSCSA timing applies to you sooner

The enhanced electronic package-level tracing requirements took effect on November 27, 2025 for dispensers with 26 or more full-time employees. If your group exceeds the small-dispenser threshold, the small-dispenser exemption running to 2027 does not apply to you, and enhanced requirements are already in force.

How the platform handles documentation

Nothing to commit up front

Registration and listing are free, with no subscription and no tiers. A fee applies only when a transfer completes, so a medication that is never requested costs you nothing to have listed.
