It is rarely the price. It is the paperwork.
Most pharmacies know there is inventory sitting on a shelf somewhere that would solve their backorder. What stops the trade is not finding it — it is not knowing whether the documentation will be there afterward.
Is the pharmacy on the other side licensed?
A pharmacy saying it is licensed is not the same as knowing it. When your own licence is on the line, an assurance over the phone is thin cover.
Is the product what it claims to be?
Product identity, lot and expiration matter as much as availability. Without them recorded, you are accepting a description rather than a record.
Can I evidence the transfer later?
Arrangements made over phone calls and email leave the trail scattered. Reconstructing one months later is the hardest version of the task.
For specific patient need only
Transfers arranged through this platform are for a specific patient need: transferring product from one pharmacy to another to fill a prescription for an identified patient.
The platform is not intended for building or replenishing stock in anticipation of future demand. Each pharmacy is responsible for confirming that a transfer it arranges meets the specific patient need definition, and for retaining whatever records its own process requires.
Sourcing a medication to fill a prescription you are holding for a specific, identified patient.
Acquiring product to build or replenish inventory for anticipated demand.
Licensed pharmacies, and nobody else
Access is limited to duly licensed pharmacies and authorized representatives acting on their behalf. Licensing and registration information is collected and verified at registration, before an account can transact.
Licensed pharmacies
Pharmacy name, business details, and licensing information are collected and verified at signup.
No anonymous sellers
You see the pharmacy you are transacting with. There are no brokers or intermediaries in between.
No unverified access
An account cannot list or purchase until its registration information has been reviewed.
What may not be listed
Only eligible, in-date pharmaceutical products in sealed original containers may be listed. The following are prohibited without exception.
- Controlled substances
- Expired, counterfeit, adulterated, or misbranded products
- Products subject to recall or regulatory restriction
- Unlawfully obtained or diverted products
- Products restricted under programs such as 340B
A record of each transfer, available to you
Each completed transfer produces a record covering the product identifiers and the parties involved. It is retained in the platform and available when you need it.
Whether a given transfer requires product tracing documentation, and what your pharmacy must retain, is for each pharmacy to determine. RX Store 360 does not monitor or guarantee user compliance.
- Product name, dosage form and strength
- NDC and lot number
- Quantity and container condition
- Transaction and shipment dates
- Transferring and receiving pharmacy details
- Expiration date
Shipping and payments
Both run on established providers, integrated so you do not leave the platform to use them.
Live FedEx rates are pulled at checkout so the buyer selects the service, refrigerated options included, and labels and tracking are generated in-platform. The shipment is tendered by the selling pharmacy, which remains responsible for storage and handling conditions. RX Store 360 is not a logistics provider and does not take possession of product.
Payments are processed by Stripe. RXSTORE360 INC does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution.
Scope of the platform role
RX Store 360 is a technology platform. It is not a pharmacy, distributor, wholesaler, logistics provider, or financial institution, and it is not a party to transactions between users. The platform provides tracing documentation and verification tooling; each pharmacy remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance, including federal law, state pharmacy regulations, licensing, and recordkeeping. Full terms are set out in the Marketplace Terms of Use.
